Pit Space, Trailer Storage, Garage, Storage bays

Current fees are shown in Alpha at reservation. A personal race trailer may be kept only at the member's risk. No security is provided, and HCKC assumes no liability for the trailer or its contents. Read the Pit Spaces and Storage summary. Online registration counts as acceptance of the agreement. That summary is not legal advice. The purchase notice says to choose one: a pit space, a garage, or storage.

  • Race Day

    Pit Space

Held during HCKC events, trailer-accessible, no more than three consecutive nights. The term is July 1 through June 30. Renewing membership is required to keep it, and the right to use it cannot be transferred.

  • Annual

    Trailer Storage

Reserved for the full season, in addition to a Pit Space. A trailer may remain parked, and it must be relocated off the property on race days if the member is not attending as a racer or vendor. A personal race trailer may be kept only at the member's risk. No security is provided, and HCKC assumes no liability for the trailer or its contents.

  • Annual

    Garage

Garages sit above stall 1. On the aerial, G4 is above G2 and G3 is beside G4. One pit space or garage per household. A personal race trailer may be kept only at the member's risk. No security is provided, and HCKC assumes no liability for the trailer or its contents.

  • Annual

    Storage bays

Allocated storage bays may hold a member's personal race trailer, in addition to a Pit Space. The same race-day relocation rule applies. A personal race trailer may be kept only at the member's risk. No security is provided, and HCKC assumes no liability for the trailer or its contents.

The bylaws give Roger Kelley and Steve Tunnell two lifetime pit spaces each: the first four trailer-accessible spots closest to the grid on the tower side. Those four are not marked on this sample map yet.
